The nationally-registered Rogers Historic District — an L-shaped collection of late-1800s-to-1920s residential streets just north and east of the downtown square. Arts-and-Crafts bungalows, Queen Anne Victorians, the original Rogers depot area. Smaller inventory than Bentonville's historic core and priced accordingly cheaper. The address to buy if you want a renovation-candidate old house inside a walkable, recognized historic fabric.
