Named for the Frisco Railroad that built Rogers. Frisco is the central-Rogers neighborhood wrapped around the historic rail line — older bungalows, mature trees, and a grid that still feels like a railroad town. It's the buffer between the Historic District and the newer Pinnacle Hills side. Walk-to-downtown distances, pre-1960 housing stock, and the neighborhood where Rogers' working identity still lives. Affordable entry point for Rogers proper.
