1. Who we are

NWArkansas.com is operated by the business entity listed on our contact page. In these terms, "we", "us", and "NWArkansas.com" refer to that entity. "You" means anyone who visits the site.

2. Using the site

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Scrape the site at a rate that burdens our servers, or circumvent rate-limits or access controls.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a business.
• Attempt to compromise, reverse-engineer, or probe the site for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Use the site to send spam, chain messages, or promotional content outside areas explicitly meant for that (e.g., paid business listings).

3. Accounts

You're responsible for your account and the actions taken under it. Keep your password secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of reviews, forum posts, photos, and anything else you contribute. By posting, you grant NWArkansas.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the site and its promotion.

You represent that content you post:

• Is yours to share (not someone else's copyrighted work), and
• Doesn't defame anyone, invade privacy, or violate applicable law.

We may remove content that violates these terms, our editorial standards, or applicable law.

5. Business listings and claims

Businesses listed on NWArkansas.com may be imported from public data sources. A business owner may claim a listing through our claim portal; this lets them edit information and unlock premium features under a separate subscription agreement presented at checkout.

6. Real estate listings

Real-estate listings are provided by licensed MLS participants under IDX agreements. The listing brokerage is credited on each listing. Listings are shown for informational purposes and don't constitute an offer or representation by NWArkansas.com.

7. Third-party content & links

The site contains links to third-party sites and content we don't control. We're not responsible for the accuracy, policies, or practices of those sites.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate, but we don't warrant that every listing, business hour, price, school rating, or other detail is current or error-free. Decisions you make based on information from the site are your own.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NWArkansas.com isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the greater of (a) what you've paid us in the past 12 months, or (b) $100.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by emailing registered users. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Benton County, Arkansas.
