About Lake Atalanta
Rogers' lake-park neighborhood, anchored on the 46-acre Lake Atalanta that the city finished re-engineering in the last decade. Paved loop trail, kayaking, concerts in the warm months, and homes that face water. Lake Atalanta itself is Rogers' best public-space story, and the neighborhood has ridden that upgrade into one of the most in-demand east-Rogers addresses. Walkable to downtown via the Railyard, bikeable to the Razorback Greenway.
