About Dixieland
Rogers' mid-century sprawl zone. Dixieland took its name from the Dixieland Dairy once on its northern edge and grew through the 1960s and 70s into a working-class, ranch-home neighborhood: wide single-car-driveway streets, mature oaks, chain-link backyards, and a school catchment that shifted as Rogers annexed north. If you're buying in Rogers in the low-to-mid range and want a genuine-neighborhood feel — not a new-build subdivision — Dixieland is where you look.
