South Springdale straddles the border with Fayetteville along Highway 112 and 71B, a transitional zone where the two cities visually blur into each other. Commercial strips, older residential pockets, and industrial edges. The most affordable Springdale entry point and the commute-closest to U of A and Fayetteville employment. Worth considering if school-of-choice or U-of-A-adjacency is the priority.
