The Emma Avenue District is Springdale's walkable historic Main Street — Emma being the cross-street that doubles as the city's original commercial spine. Family-owned storefronts, the annual Rodeo of the Ozarks parade route, and an increasing cluster of new-Springdale restaurants and coffee bars (Cafe Con Chisme lives on Emma). The most Jane-Jacobs-friendly block in Springdale, and the correct address if you want to actually live on a walkable street in this city.
