Anchored by the Jones Trust, Shiloh Square, and Emma Avenue, the historic core has absorbed Latino-owned businesses, craft breweries, the Ozark Beer Co. brewery-and-pizzeria, the Brewed Awakening roastery, and a slate of public-art projects. Still the working heart of Springdale, with Tyson's original industries blocks away, and increasingly the most authentic downtown in NWA. Not polished. That's the point.
