About Old High North

Old High North is Bentonville's original north-of-downtown mid-century neighborhood. 1940s-1960s housing stock: ranch homes, brick bungalows, long straight-shot streets, deeply-mature oaks. The urban-planner's dream fabric: walkable to downtown, dense enough to feel like neighbors are neighbors, old enough that the streetscape has character. Steadily gentrifying but the bones are irreplaceable.
