Downtown Bentonville is the town square and the half-mile radius around it. Crystal Bridges is eight blocks east, the Walmart Museum on the square itself, the 8th Street Market south, and Thaden School inside the walking circle. The city's cultural gravity well: Saturday farmers market on the square April-October, First Friday art-and-music crawls, the Christmas tree-lighting that everyone shows up to. Housing is 1910s-1950s original stock plus increasing high-end infill. Walkable; expensive; irreplaceable.
