Downtown Bentonville is the town square and the half-mile radius around it — Crystal Bridges eight blocks east, the Walmart Museum on the square itself, the 8th Street Market south, and Thaden School inside the walking circle. The city's cultural gravity well: Saturday farmers market on the square April-October, First Friday art-and-music crawls, the Christmas tree-lighting that everyone shows up to. Housing is 1910s-1950s original stock plus increasing high-end infill. Walkable; expensive; irreplaceable.
