Southern Bella Vista, bordering the Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, the family-hiking-with-waterfalls trail that's the closest thing Bella Vista has to a community living room. Lots back up to the creek and the trail; weekend mornings are full of walkers and stroller traffic on the loop. Mix of original-Bella-Vista housing stock and 2010s-and-newer infill. Buyers here often cite "trail in the backyard" as the single deciding factor. The most-walkable Bella Vista neighborhood.
