Central Bella Vista: winding wooded streets, half-acre-and-up lots, no through traffic, the kind of neighborhood where you can let kids ride to a friend's house without thinking twice. Mid-tier Bella Vista pricing; the most "neighborhood feel" of the original POA villages. Walkable to Metfield Clubhouse, drivable in five minutes to anywhere in Bella Vista, and on the cycling-trail spine the Tunnel Trail extension folded into the network. Quiet by design.
