The historic Broadway Street district: restored late-19th-century commercial buildings, the Sager Creek streamway running through downtown (one of NWA's best urban-creek restorations), independent coffee, the city's oldest hardware store, and a small but real food-and-drink scene built around walkable blocks. Mostly apartments, lofts, and a tight ring of historic-residential streets. Skews young professionals, JBU faculty, and downtown-loyal long-tenured residents. The closest thing Siloam has to walking-city living.
