A smaller Rogers/Bentonville-adjacent city (12,000) sitting right on I-49, home to the JB Hunt corporate headquarters and a growing residential profile as the metro expands. More suburban than distinctive, but commute-optimal for anyone working along the I-49 corridor and looking for newer construction at better prices than Bentonville or Rogers proper.
