About Downtown Fayetteville
The heart of Fayetteville. Downtown is the Dickson Street / town-square axis: live music at George's Majestic Lounge, the Walton Arts Center, the Fayetteville Farmers' Market on Saturdays (year-round, rain or shine), Hugo's basement burgers, Puritan + Onyx coffee on the same block, and the Razorback Greenway running through. Walkable in a way only two NWA zones are. Pre-war bungalows and lofts sit cheek-by-jowl with U of A student housing; buying here means living inside the city's pulse.
