Position Summary What you'll do The Parts Escalation Support Specialist will be responsible for managing parts escalations from HVAC/R field-based technicians, providing order updates, and order entry. This role will also support improving lead times of parts to HVAC/R technicians by proactively sourcing parts from suppliers with improved lead times.
